In general, the primary trade area of this bank shall be all of Linn and Johnson County, Iowa and the secondary trade area shall be the nearest one-half of the contiguous Iowa counties of Buchanan, Iowa, Washington, Muscatine, Cedar, Delaware, Jones, Black Hawk, Dubuque, Scott, and Benton.
