If you've misplaced your FSB Debit Card, it's important to report it immediately. Below is the contact information for reporting your lost or stolen card:

For your convenience, FSB customers may contact FSB through the FSB Now mobile1 app. Select 'Cards' from the bottom navigation menu, scroll to find 'Report Lost or Stolen,' and follow the on-screen prompts.

After contacting FSB about your lost or stolen card, check your recent transactions for any that are unrecognizable.

  • Login: Use Online Banking or the FSB Now app

  • Report Any Discrepancies: Tell FSB immediately if you see transactions you didn't make

  • Stay Alert: Keep an eye on your account for any transactions using eAlerts

If your card is lost, stolen, or compromised, it’s important to replace it right away. Keep in mind that automatic payments tied to your card will be affected, so be sure to update those payments with a new method until your replacement card arrives.
