Prior to joining FSB, she served as Vice President, Fiduciary and Investment Trust Manager of the $1 billion Trust Department at American Trust & Savings Bank in Dubuque. Pam graduated from Upper Iowa University with a B.S. Degree in Business, and currently resides in Dyersville with her husband and 4 children.
