Meet FSB's Connect Club Director
Kathy Leesekamp, CBCD
Connect Club Director
Kathy, from Anamosa, Iowa, joined FSB in 2016. With a background in Human Resources and a passion for travel, she brings a unique blend of skills to her role as the Connect Club Director.
A Certified Bank Club Director and a HCI Board Member, Kathy excels at organizing unforgettable trips and creating connections among club members. Some of her favorite moments include watching strangers become lifelong friends on FSB tours and embracing the lively spirit of FSB’s Halloween celebrations.
Outside of FSB, Kathy volunteers with the Parkinson’s Support Group, helps at her best friend’s winery, enjoys water aerobics, and spends time with family and friends. Known for her approachable and adventurous nature, Kathy is dedicated to creating welcoming and joyful experiences for all.
