The IOWA 500 list was compiled by the Corridor Business Journal (CBJ) and the Quad Cities Regional Business Journal (QCBJ). It recognizes individuals holding top executive-level positions across 14 key business sectors in Iowa.

Gene Neighbor: A Legacy of Leadership
President and CEO of FSB for ten years before transitioning to Chief Wealth Officer on January 1, 2025.
With over 51 years at FSB, Gene has held numerous leadership roles, including Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. His decades of service reflect a deep commitment to the bank and the community.
Steve Neighbor: Continuing a Family Tradition
Steve Neighbor now serves as President and CEO of FSB, marking the third generation of the Neighbor family to lead the bank.
His transition to CEO in January 2025 continues the family legacy of leadership. Over his 39-year career at FSB, Steve has held several key positions, including Executive Vice President, contributing significantly to the bank’s growth and success.
