MARION, IA – This April, FSB is offering free financial literacy seminars focused on home buying and retirement planning. These sessions are designed to help individuals make informed financial decisions with expert insights and practical guidance.
FSB will host First-Time Homebuyer Seminars to help prospective buyers1 understand the homebuying process, available financial programs, and key steps to securing a mortgage.

Attendees will receive $250 off closing costs* on an FSB mortgage loan (certain exclusions apply). A free dinner will also be provided.
