Make the Switch
Select 'Edit' next to 'Electronic Statements'. Opt for eStatements and click “Save”.

Is there a cost associated with eStatements?
eStatements are a free service for all FSB customers.
How long are eStatements accessible in online banking?
Access your eStatements for up to eighteen months through FSB's Online Banking and for an extended period of 24 months via the mobile1 app, FSB Now.
eStatement Disclosures
Do all account owners get eStatement notifications?
Only one email notification will be sent to the primary account holder, but all account owners can access the statements via online banking.
Will my eStatements look like my paper statement?
Absolutely. Your eStatement will contain all the information you're used to seeing in your paper statements, ensuring familiarity and ease of understanding.
How do I switch back to paper statements?
To discontinue eStatements, simply visit any FSB location to sign the withdrawal form, or call (319) 377-4891 to switch back to paper statements.
Are Overdraft/NSF/Flex Advance notices available electronically?
These notices are still issued in paper form and mailed to customers. However, users can opt for eAlerts to receive timely notifications about overdrafts, check returns, and more.
What if I can't access eStatements on my computer?
If you can't access your statements due to computer problems, FSB can provide copies, subject to standard duplicate statement fees.
What should I do if I can't open my eStatement?
Your PC might need a PDF reader if you receive an error message while opening an eStatement. Adobe provides a free PDF Reader.
Why do my eStatement only print partially in large print?
